African buffalo (Syncerus Caffer), Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya

The African buffalo, which has a reputation for being unpredictable and dangerous when cornered, is found in large numbers in the Masai Mara. It is also known to migrate between Masai Mara and Serengeti in search of green pasture and water.
