View over Skrova, Lofoten

This 3.8 square kilometre island is home to about 200 people. Ellingsen Seafood has its facilities located on Skrova and produces about 15.000 metric tons of salmon each year. Here they also have a traditional landing station for white fish, which is either sold as wet salted products to Portugal or to Italy as dried stockfish.
