I grew up in between vineyards in the South-West of France close to the Atlantic Ocean. Being surrounded by so much nature certainly played a role in my early interest for environmental issues. Observing the dramatic changes the environment was undergoing convinced me to work within the field of environmental politics.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and I am pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations at Sciences Po Bordeaux, France. While my first field of study is political science, a semester at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in California gave me the opportunity to get more involved in the environmental studies.
At GRID-Arendal, I am assisting on the project ResilienSEA and other marine projects. Working at GRID-Arendal is an enriching experience as I get to work with experts from all over the world on projects that have a global perspective, and every day I have the opportunity to learn more about ecosystem services and the marine environment.
