I am a Norwegian human resources expert, who loves to swim, workout with friends and compete in swim meets. The great part of Masters swimming is that the water doesn’t know my age!
My role as Chief Culture Officer in GRID-Arendal is to maintain an overview of the organisation’s human resource needs and to cultivate a strong and healthy workplace culture where everyone works together towards our strategic goals. Prior to joining GRID-Arendal, I worked as Human Resources Director in IK Group. I have also worked as a Human Resources Manager in Pratt & Whitney Norway Engine Center, Aero Norway, HCH Helicopter Services, and the media house Fædrelandsvennen.
With more than fifteen years’ experience working as a human resources manager in media, aviation, and oil service companies, I still enjoy seeking new ways to solve old problems, make others better, and value creators who help stakeholders to improve. I am interested in sustainability, especially improving good health and well-being in the workplace.
