How the World Bank team uses earth observation for sustainable development

An important part of the European Space Agency's (ESA) Earth Observation for Sustainable Development - Fragility, Conflict and Security (EO4SD-FCS) project is to ensure that the service delivered meet the stakeholders expectation and provide added value to their activity. Only then will development projects regularly turn to earth observation services to help them deliver better solutions for the people and countries exposed to fragility issues.

Within the project, the feedback from stakeholders was systematically collected and analyzed by the team to improve the deliveries along the way and also provide a roadmap to ESA at the end of the project’s lifetime.

This video presents some interesting feedback from a few stakeholders on the support provided by the earth observation services delivered to them in the frame of the ESA EO4SD-FCS initiative.
