The Hindu Kush Himalayan countries are involved in international cooperation on climate change, and most of the countries have National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) under preparation. The region’s LDCs have developed National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs), excluding China, India and Pakistan.
