Incorporating climate change adaptation into national development policies and plans in selected mountain regions is the focus of a large UN Environment-led project in the Western Balkans, South Caucasus, Central Asia, East Africa, and the Tropical Andes, where we are working with partner organisations and national governments to promote adaptation action.
