The mission of the Capacity Building and Assessments Programme is to provide environmental information for decision making in comprehensive forms, motivating its users for positive change. The regions of the programmes’s activity stretch from Africa, through the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Russia and the Caucusus to Central Asia.
