An Integrated Ecosystem Management Approach to Conserve Biodiversity, prepared by Tiina Kurvits, Thor Larsen, and Evgeny Kuznetsov for the Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna (CAFF) Working Group of the Arctic Council, was released at the Arctic Council Ministerial meeting in 2009.
