The IPCC Fifth Assessment Report was released

September 30, 2013 - The Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) has been released today by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). It provides a clear view of the current state of scientific knowledge relevant to climate change.

A total of 209 Lead Authors and 50 Review Editors from 39 countries and more than 600 Contributing Authors from 32 countries contributed to the preparation of this report, which provides a comprehensive assessment of the physical science basis of climate change.
