New E-Learner out
Eighty people witnessed the opening of the Global Virtual University (GVU) in June as Kjell Magne Bondevik, the Norwegian Prime Minister cut the virtual bands. Today the third E-Learner, the GVU bi-monthly newsletter, is issued focusing on the opening event in June.
