Arendal, 7 April 2000 - The 'Cookbook for State of the Environment Reporting on the Internet' was first released in English in 1998 as a part of the State of the Environment (SoE) Reports Sampler CD-ROM featuring 14 national European SoE reports, the Global Environmental Outlook (1997), and the GRID-Arendal Maps and Graphics Database, and the Baltic Sea Region GIS, Maps, and Statistical Database.
