Assessments and Reporting

As part of UNEP’s Africa Environmental Information Network (AEIN), GRID-Arendal has been actively working towards strengthening environmental data management in Rwanda and Ethiopia. In Rwanda, the work with the State of the Environment: Information Networking in Rwanda has resulted in stronger networks for environmental information sharing as well as helped creating more solid institutional structures for environmental assessment and reporting.
