My academic background is diverse. I started as a social worker, but gradually changed course into human resources and coaching. Through my Masters Degree in Management from Agder University, I specialized in Personnel Management. Over the years I’ve developed a special interest working with competence development, process consultation and change management. I´ve previously worked with recruitment services, HR strategic processes in an international Consulting company, and as a Project Consultant at Agder University.
As a HR Administration Officer at GRID-Arendal, I work on a variety of tasks to ensure smooth running of our HR department. I am responsible for the Internship programme at GRID-Arendal, something I really enjoy working with. It is really nice to see inspired young people becoming talented professionals through the internship programme. Some of the other roles I have in the organisation include supporting recruitment processes and making GRID-Arendal a “greener” workplace.
