Sahon was awarded participation in the exchange programme *Environmental Information networking in Africa’ under the GRID-Arendal and the Southern African Research and Documentation Centre (SARDC), National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), Network for Environment and Sustainable Development in Africa (NESDA) and Environmental Council of Zambia (ECZ) partnership agreement supported by FK Norway (http://www.fredskorpset.no/no/). Sahon is employed at Network for Environment and Sustainable Development in Africa (NESDA), currently FK participant and posted for 10 months at GRID-Arendal until end July 2012. Sahon’s key qualifications are in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System (GIS), Environmental Impact Assessment ; ecosystems management; environmental governance, climate change; Biodiversity, Water resources Management; Integrated environmental Assessment. During the exchange programme at GRID-Arendal, Sahon is also involved in several projects of GRID-Arendal's Africa Programme providing research support to African Environment Outlook- 3 chapters, GEO- 5 chapter, suggesting content and developing web page of the AEO-3 and conceptualizing and developing new project ideas,
